The Election Commission of India on Friday, March 4 announced the dates for five states--Assam, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala and Puducherry, that will go to assembly polls in April and May. A symbol for 'NOTA' has been provided. It will be at the bottom of the list. The model code of conduct will come into immediate force in all five states.
