Racist crowd in Noida beats Congo national with bats, called him 'Dark-Skinned'

A 25-year-old Congo national has alleged that he was brutally beaten up by his neighbours and local police in Noida and called him dark-skinned. The complainant has claimed that the fight broke out after a guard refused to let one of his friends into his residential colony.
