Biebs, who’s been on and off of Insta lately, captioned the pic, "I love this because it reminds me I’m not exactly where I want to be but thank God I’m not where I used to be!! The best is yet to come. Do you believe it?”
Over 3 years ago in 2014, the star was arrested for drag racing in Miami Beach, Florida. He failed a field sobriety test and police charged him with a DUI, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest.
Now it’s clear that Bieber recognizes he is exactly where he needs to be and is reportedly in the studio working on his 5th album.
