Kannur Prison inmates to run parlour for men

After the successful initiatives in food business, like manufacturing and marketing various food articles, the Kannur Central Prison embarked upon a new project, a beauty parlour for men.The parlour is managed by 30 prisoners who were trained by the Rural Development and Self-Employment Training Institute.
