This chilling footage has surfaced showing a south Korean mother throwing her children out of a multi-story building and then jump out herself. This incident happened in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. It shows the terrified mother being urged by locals to throw down her children before the fire got worse. Neither the children nor their mother were hurt.
