Two Pakistani brothers, popularly known as solar kids, mysteriously become paralyzed after sunset. These boys aged 9 and 13 are normal active children during the day, but once the sun goes down their body is paralysed and they can't even talk. After the sunset they both lapse into a vegetative state. Doctors are doing medical tests to determine what can be the reason. The brothers are undergoing extensive medical testing in the capital, Islamabad, and samples of their blood have been sent to overseas specialists for further examination.
