Rukus happned at Congress event in Pune organised by state secretary Shehzad Poonawalla, who is relative of Robert Vadra. The event, titled ‘Social Media and Political Communication’, was organised at the Congress Bhavan with senior party leader Shashi Tharoor as the main speaker.
