Mercedes Hit and Run Case : Juvenile to be tried as adult in trial court | Oneindia News

In a landmark decision in the Mercedes hit and run case, the Juvenile Justice Board has allowed Delhi Police to try the minor accused as an adult in trial court adding that the accused is in no manner lacking in mental & physical capacity to commit the alleged offence. Juvenile board also said On the date of incident he had the ability to understand the consequences of the offense.
