Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has made Punjabi mandatory in government schools. Eyeing the upcoming assembly elections in Punjab in 2017 Kejriwal launched a special campaign on Friday declaring that Punjabi will be taught in all government schools in Delhi. The ad further said every school will have at least one Punjabi teacher and that their salary has been raised.
