Kerala is India's divorce capital, courts handling 5 cases every hour | Oneindia News

Government data had revealed a shocking pattern which says that family courts in Kerala ruled on just over five divorces every hour in 2014 - 130 every day - more than any of the 12 Indian states that compile such figures. None of the other 11 states–five of which are more populous–had more divorce cases than Kerala: 47,525 cases in 2014.
