Venezuela 's opposition staged protests nationwide on Thursday to pressure President Nicolas Maduro to resign amidst a collapsing economy. They vowed to keep up pressure by staging three more protests in the next four days.

This comes after thousands took to the streets on Wednesday in what the opposition named as the 'mother of all marches.'

Thursday's protest saw hundreds of anti-government protesters facing off with Venezuelan security forces across Caracas amid a new wave of anti-government protests that have resulted in three deaths and dozens of injuries.
