Chief minster Mehbooba Mufti has won the Anantnag bypolls in Jammu and Kashmir by a comfortable 13,000 votes lead.The counting of votes was briefly suspended following protests by the Congress candidate, who alleged that EVMs could have been tampered within the strong room.
