Lionel Messi says he is retiring from international football after Argentina loses Copa America finals to Chilli. Following Argentina's loss to Chile in the Copa America final, Lionel Messi was visibly devastated. Argentina lost to Chile 4-2 on penalties after playing a goalless 120 minutes. Messi, who took the first penalty for Argentina, missed the goal. This is the seventh straight loss for Argentina in major international tournaments including Copa America, Confederations Cup and Fifa World Cup.
