Chicken Pasande is a traditional and popular Indian chicken dish somewhat similar to Korma. It was originally made with lamb or mutton steaks, but this version of the Chicken Pasanda dish is made with chicken that are tenderised in yoghurt, and Sabut garam masala, and Kasoori Methi.
