Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered help to Congress president Sonia Gandhi when she got unwell. Sonia Gandhi had to cut short her Varanasi visit after falling ill. PM Modi specially sent a doctor for her health check-up and a plane for her transportation back to the national capital. The Congress president was leading a massive roadshow in Varanasi for the 2017 Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh but she developed high fever and she had to cut short her visit.
