The Uttar Pradesh BJP leader Brij Pal Teotia was severely wounded after unidentified assailants shot him in on Thrusday night. The attackers were in a car, which they abandoned after the attack and fled in an autorickshaw. Teotia, who had contested the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election from Muradnagar constituency, was on his way to Ghaziabad when the incident occurred, he added.
