Amercian legendary swimmer Michael Phelps has announced that he is ready to retire. He has cleared that he is not eyeing on 2020 Olympics to be held in Tokyo and this is going to be his last Olympics. The star swimmer had quit after London 2012 only to reverse that decision in 2014.
