A 25 year old Delhi girl is struggling for her life after she was set on fire by a man for refusing his marriage proposal. The incident took place in Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy area. The police have arrested three accused under Sections 307, 452, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
