North Korea: World should expect weekly missile tests

North Korea plans on launching weekly missile tests, the country's Vice Foreign Minister Han Song-ryo told the BBC. Despite international criticism, Song-ryo said an "all-out war" would take place if the U.S. took military action. The statement came following Vice President Pence's declaration that the nation's patience with North Korea is over. Pence arrived in Seoul only several hours after North Korea launched another missile launch which failed.
