Ace tennis player Sania Mirza called Leander Paes a toxic player on twitter without taking name. it all started when Leander Paes and Saketh lost Davis Cup match against Rafael Nadal and Marc Lopez. During interaction with media after this thrilling match, Paes blamed dismal performance on the mixed double pair representing India in Rio this year. Sania and Bopanna had been picked to represent India in the Games and the duo lost in the semi-finals before going down in the bronze medal playoff as well.
