Cyclone Vardah: 10 people killed, 4 lakhs each compensation announced | Oneindia News

At least 10 have been killed due to cyclone Vardah that hit Tamil Nadu on Monday evening. Thousands of the people have been evacuated from Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The state government has announced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh each to the next of the kin of those killed in Vardah-related incidents. Gradually, Cyclone is moving towards Karnataka.
