Specially-abled archers participated in an Archery Tournament in Ladakh. With an aim to preserve the traditional sport and remove barriers among people with specially-abled, People's Action Group for Inclusion and Rights organised an Archery Tournament 2016 in jammu and Kashmir’s Leh on Wednesday.
