Ajinkya Rahane clarifies on rejecting Steve Smith's beer offer after Dharamsala Test. Ajinkya Rahane has cleared the air on the beer saga that he had with Australian skipper Steve Smith after the Dharamsala Test. Rahane had rejected offer made by Australian captain Smith when he offered drinks to Rahane & Team India after saying sorry publicly. Rahane said, that the entire Indian team was busy in their own celebration after the win over Australia. Rahane who will be playing with Steve smith for Rising Pune Supergiants told the Aussie captain that he will join him later. Australian captain Steve Smith reached out to IPL teammate Ajinkya Rahane and the Indian team, offering a round of beer after the end of the bitterly-fought Test series which the hosts won 2-1.
