Homeless Students Get Dream Prom Makeovers

Prom may be a rite of passage, but for thousands of homeless and low-income students in LA, it's simply too expensive to attend. That's where Operation School Bell Prom Day comes in. The Assistance League of Los Angeles partners with the LA Unified School District to give 200 low-income and homeless teen girls the ultimate prom experience.
