Jenner shared the information in her upcoming memoir, “The Secrets of My Life,” which shares the story of her life and her transition into a woman. The surgery came two years after she revealed her new gender identity in April 2015. Caitlyn Jenner writes in her memoir 'The Secrets of My Life,’ is set to be released in stores on April 25.
