North Koreans marked the first day of the Lunar New Year on Saturday. It's one tradition that North Korea still shares with other Asian societies. But in North Korea, for many, the day still starts with a ritual of paying respects to past leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, just like on any other major anniversary or holiday.
