Russell Brand Still 'Feels Warm' Towards Katy Perry

Russell Brand still has a soft spot in his heart for Katy Perry.
The Actor comedian was a guest on “John Bishop: In Conversation With…” in the UK when he was speaking about his 2010 marriage to the pop-singer. The two later famously split in early 2012 with rumors that Russell had called it quits via text message.
Russell said, “I have come away from that experience and I still feel very warm towards her. When I hear about her or see her, I think, Ah there’s that person, that person in the world.”
Though they seemed to be happy, two were only married for 14 months before their busy schedules became too much to handle.
He said, “Katy was obviously very, very occupied and busy. I was occupied and busy but not to the same degree. The marriage didn’t last for a very long time and I think that is due to the undulating nature of fame, living in those conditions.”
Russell has since moved on with Laura Gallacher(Gal-uh-kerr) and the two welcomed baby girl Mabel last November.
