Ecuador's quake victims turn to next president for help

The residents of Tarqui, ground zero for Ecuador's 2016 earthquake, are calling for the country's next president to rebuild their homes and to bring back businesses to the region, as the country will hold a run-off presidential election on Sunday after a hard fought and inconclusive first round.
