A male voice could be heard saying: “Tranquilo,” or “calm down.”A new round of flooding has hit northern Peruvian since Monday, after the Piura river burst its banks following a weekend of heavy rains. The flooding prompted the evacuation of more than 500 people, while hundreds more still awaited rescue. At least four people drowned.More rain was expected to fall in the region on Wednesday.
