A heartwarming video has emerged of Princeton J Alexander, son of Union J singer Hamblett, being visited by the Phoenix firefighters in hospital.

The footage, captured on March 23 in Phoenix, AZ, USA, shows the firemen entering the three-year old's hospital room and giving him a present that happens to be a firemen station toy.

Three-year-old Princeton J Alexander was recently diagnosed with a rare brain condition and is awaiting a surgery that hopefully will give him a better life.
