Microsoft's Yusuf Mehdi posted about Microsoft's "fan-centric" approach to the Xbox community. While this is certainly a great way for a company to view its fanbase, there are have been some unfortunate unintended consequences from this approach.

In this video, I talk about how Microsoft doesn't differentiate between the good Xbox fans and the toxic Xbox fanboys. Can Microsoft actually do anything to clean up the more vile portions of its Xbox community? I give my solutions to this growing problem.
