Learn how to make Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe. This Indo Chinese Recipe by The Bombay Chef - Varun Inamdar is a quick and easy restaurant style recipe that you can make at your home without any hassles.

Ingredients:-
150 gms cabbage cut thin lengthwise
150 gms red cabbage cut thin lengthwise
100 gms carrot julliennes
1 no. Green capsicum
50 gms bean sprouts
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2-3 stalks springs onion
Salt as required


Method :

Heat water in a saucepan and add salt to it.
Once the water comes to a boil add the raw noodles and let them cook for 6-7 minutes. Strain the noodles and pour some vegetable oil on them.
Take a wok and add some vegetable oil to it and heat till it starts smoking. Now add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown. Then add cabbage, carrots and capsicum tossing it frequently in the wok on a high flame. Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed black pepper, chilli sauce and give it a quick toss.
Now add in the boiled noodles and bean sprouts and mix it well.
Finally, add the spring onions and top it all off with sesame oil.
Garnish with sesame seeds and your Hakka Noodles are ready to serve!

Serve these with piping hot manchurian and watch your guests go crazy for some more!
