Paul Ryan to Trump: Not enough support for Health care bill
  • 7 years ago
Paul Ryan has reportedly told President Donald Trump that there are not enough votes to pass the American Health Care Act. NBC News states that at least 34 Republicans will vote against, or are leaning towards voting against, the bill. Ryan cannot afford to lose more than 22 Republican votes and told Trump if the vote is today the bill will go down. I think if it passes, it passes by two. I've seen 21 hard now and 20 on the bubble. Let's put it this way: They want to vote no. If it goes down, we'll lose it by 40 votes.
