A construction worker dangling from the 12th floor of the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne, Florida, was rescued on Thursday, March 23.This video was taken from a room at the club, and shows rescue crews strapped to the worker to lower him safely. The video was originally posted to Instagram. The City of Miami Fire Department tweeted they were on scene, along with Key Biscayne crews.Fire officials told Local 10 the worker was the only person on the scaffold at the time of collapse, and sustained only minor injuries. The cause of the collapse is not known.
