The new ‘Power Rangers’ movie is making history by having a queer ranger and an autistic ranger on their team. Blue Ranger Billy is confirmed to be on the autistic spectrum while Yellow Ranger Trini spends the movie trying to come to terms with her sexuality. This is the first superhero movie to feature an LGBTQ+ and an autistic protagonist. Original Blue Ranger David Yost, who left the original series after facing harassment over his sexual orientation, praised the new movie for its progression. David Yost
