Independent Women's Forum The Independent Women’s Forum is a conservative nonprofit organization that celebrates “personal liberty.” Kellyanne Conway, who is a IWF board member, will present the award to Pence at an event celebrating women’s history month. Some people are opposed to the recipient, since Pence cut funding for Planned Parenthood in Indiana, banned abortions for fetuses found with disabilities, and shut down clinics where people could get free HIV/AIDS testing.
