'The Matrix' reboot in the works

It was reported that Warner Bros. is in the early stages of rebooting ‘The Matrix.' Writer Zak Penn, who worked on Syfy series 'Alphas' and a handful of comic book movies, will work on the project. Actor Micheal B. Jordan is rumored to be the film's lead. The original film was released in 1999 and is considered to be one of the best Sci-Fi film in cinematic history. The Wachowski siblings, who created 'The Matrix' series will not be involved with the reboot.
