Rescue wild deer falls asleep on carer's lap

A heartwarming video has emerged of a rescue wild dear appearing to fall asleep whilst being cuddled by her carer.
The footage, captured on March 2 in Chilton County, AL, USA, shows 'Snuggles' lying peacefully on the woman's lap whilst she pets her.
''I found this deer almost dead on the side of the road.. I don't know what it was that made me stop but I'm glad I did," the filmer later wrote online.
''After a couple days of taking care of her, hand feeding and watering her she started standing,'' she continued.
''I had to teach her to walk again and how to eat and drink on her own as she was blind and deaf.''
''I was with her all day everyday for 2 weeks till she could care for herself and be a free deer again'', she added.
