Everything is better when it's free. With that in mind, Dairy Queen is marking the beginning of spring (March 20) "Free Cone Day." Your local DQ will be serving one small vanilla soft-serve ice cream cone for free. Unfortunately, the offer excludes those franchises located in malls. Remember, eat it before it melts!
