The mother of two tells Shape magazine that she eats the same things for breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day.

The actress reported wakes up and prepares a breakfast that always includes eggs and Ezekiel bread.

Then for both lunch and dinner, Eva will eat salmon on a bed of rice or quinoa and salad...

She tells the magazine that she’s a “creature of habit,” and doesn't get bored with food. Instead, she views it more as a source of fuel than a time to indulge.

We wonder if her man, Ryan Gosling, has a more creative palate… Or maybe he just likes knowing what will be on the table everyday.

Eva accompanies her healthy diet with a steady workout regiment three to five days a week with interval training... it might sound intense to some, but hey, that's how you get on the cover of Shape magazine.
