Akhilesh Yadav’s Donkey remark was condemned by Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. Rupani said that Akhilesh has insulted Gujarat and Gujaratis settled worldwide. He further said that Akhilesh Yadav can foresee his defeat in the upcoming elections and hence, is ‘frustrated. UP CM Akhilesh had referred to a Gujarat Tourism advertisement featuring Amitabh Bachchan, saying that the megastar should stop endorsing ‘donkeys of Gujarat.’ His comments came during his rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Raebareli.
