The British Hubert Pasha; he was a British. And the Grand Vizier was Said Pasha, who was known for his British admiration. At the end of the war, the Russian army was in a position to easily march into Yeşilköy and occupy Istanbul. Then, Britain stepped in and supposedly saved the Ottoman Empire. Do you see this? Do you see the scheme at play here? Look at the scheme of the British deep state. But in return for the help, Britain was handed over the administration of Cyprus. Later, Cyprus became the logistic center of the Armenian uprisings again under the leadership of Britain. Armenians are poor people who would never become involved in such things. It was also the British deep state who incited the Armenian uprising. They have always been the ones who pull the wires behind the screen.
