National Pancake Day: How to Get Your Free Stack at IHOP IHOP restaurants across the country will offer a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes to celebrate. The special IHOP free pancake deal is good for orders placed between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. In exchange, IHOP is asking customers to donate to its charitable partners, including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. IHOP hopes to raise $5 million for children battling critical illnesses to honor its 60th anniversary of serving up fresh flapjacks.
