Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju blamed congress for all problems in Manipur and the BJP will solve these problems. He further stated that it is due to this country India that you have freedom of expression. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Imphal and said what Congress did not do in last 15 years, "I assure we will do it in 15 months." Polls for the 60-member legislative assembly of the northeastern state will be held in two phases on March 4 and March 8.
