Rape accused Gayatri Prajapati's close aide, head Constable Chandrapal surrendered before Lucknow police. Chandrapal is one of the seven accused in the rape case. Giving details, Chandrapal said that he is innocent and has no knowledge about the minister’s whereabouts. The accused further alleged that the victim is lying on pretext of extracting money from the minister.
