Fitbit wants you to sleep better with its new Alta HR

Fitbit has unveiled today the Alta HR, an update to last year’s Alta that adds heart rate sensors to the bracelet-like activity tracker. The new device includes a 'Sleep Stages' feature. Using the device's heart reate monitor and accelorometer, the Fitbit Alta HR can analyze all the data to give you sleep insights that can help you sleep better. Like the original Fitbit Alta, the Alta HR has a display that can show off calorie counts, steps walked. The Alta is available for pre-sale today for $149 on Fitbit.com,
