Ever thought of going to Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for fitness inspiration? Well, you might want to. According to a Politico report, the 83-year-old incorporates machines like the bench press (70 pounds, if you were curious), leg curls and presses, chest flies and lateral pull downs. Following some light stretching, RBG moves to one-leg squats, 10 pushups and a variety of planks. Towards the end of her workout, she'll do arm and shoulder work with an exercise ball, followed by squats with dumbbells while balancing against a wall. Try it sometime!
