Director Jordan Peele's "Get Out" claimed top place in the box office with an estimated $30.5 million. The film achieved a rare 100-percent on the famous movie ratings site Rotten Tomatoes and an A- on CinemaScore. 'Get Out' has already made 6 times it's $5 million budget in its opening week. This is Peele's directorial debut, and it has pushed "The Lego Batman Movie" out of the lead in the box office race.
