Patton Oswalt’s wife, Michelle McNamara, died tragically of an accidental overdose and heart condition in April 2016.
RadarOnline.com obtained her autopsy report, which confirms her cause of death but also exposes new details.
According to the file, investigators found pills and cocaine at the scene. Authorities admitted the drugs fentanyl, Xanax, and amphetamines were all found in Michelle’s blood stream.
Patton told cops his wife didn’t have a history of drug use but she did suffer from depression and was seeing a psychiatrist.
