Good samaritans break car window to rescue driver from ablaze car

An intense video has emerged from China of citizens breaking a car window to rescue the driver from his ablaze car.

The footage, captured in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province on Wednesday, shows men pounding a rear window of a car with a steel bar to free its driver from the flames.

According to local news, the car burst into flames after it crashed into a shop.

The car driver was rescued and sent to hospital.
